All content, designs, graphics, logos, and software developed by SkaiWave Technologies remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client (unless otherwise stated). We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement restricts us.
Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on client responsiveness and project complexity. Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content submission, feedback delays) may extend the delivery timeline. Any change requests after approval may incur additional charges.
